Ergon's HyVolt brands are premium dielectric fluids meeting the latest requirements of IEC 60296:2020 general specifications and special applications, ASTM D3487:2016 as well as CSA C50-14 Class A and B standards.

HyVolt products have very low pour points, excellent oxidation stability and electrical properties, making them suitable for the most demanding requirements established by leading global transformer manufacturers. No recylced oils are used in Ergon's productions. Ergon holds both ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management standards accreditations.

Production Technique

Ergon's line of HyVolt products is fully miscible with dielectric fluids meeting the requirements set by IEC 60296, CSA C50-14 and ASTM D3487.

Additives

Applications

HyVolt I is uninhibited. HyVolt trace/fully inhibited products contain one phenolic antioxidant inhibitor per ASTM D3487 and IEC 60296 detected per ASTM D2668 and IEC 60666.

Hyvolt products contain NO undeclared additives, such as DBDS, PCB, Metal Passivators/Deactivators or Silicone.
