COVID-19 Response

The impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been rapid and the response by communities, governments and businesses continues to evolve just as rapidly. Ergon is committed to the health and safety of our employees and the customers and communities we serve. Like others, we are closely monitoring the status of the virus and heeding the cautions of federal, state and local authorities, as well as instituting best practices recommended by expert health organizations.

We have seen no effect on our supply chain to date, and we have had no reported cases of the virus among any Ergon employees or facilities. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and notify customers if any supply delays are anticipated.

We have instituted temporary suspensions of travel to certain regions of the globe and have significantly reduced other non-critical business-related travel. We are developing contingency plans around our operating companies and facilities to help protect our front-line employees and to help ensure there will be no disruption in our ability to continue to provide products and service solutions to our customers. We are working with our IT group to ensure that our remote access and conferencing capabilities are working smoothly to help prevent any disruptions in our ability to conduct business as usual. We are evaluating overall market conditions, government agency reactions, and the direct impact on our customers and suppliers of this evolving situation, to help ensure minimal financial impact to our businesses.
